Kitchen Before...
For this project, we decided to open up the wall to the dining room to create an island seating area, as well as removing the 2nd pantry to the left of the fridge in order to expand the counter & cabinet space.
...and After!
The kitchen is much more bright, open and feels luxurious with new quartz counters, soft close cabinets, and updated flooring through out. Strategically, we chose to skip updating the lighting .
Living Room Before...
This living room felt dark and small, so we added recessed lighting, removed the half walls into the dining room, and made the fireplace a beautiful focal point.
...and After!
The Living Room now feels more welcoming, bright and open, and the tile fireplace is fresh and clean. Other options considered was adding a mantle and converting to gas fireplace.
Curb Appeal Before...
Originally, the front yard was totally covered in mulch. It only temporarily hid the weeds growing underneath and really needed a make over.
...and After!
So we took the time to trim the trees, bushes and pull up all the weeds, and then laid fresh sod, making the space more beautiful and usable to play and relax.
